Getting started with us is easy!

We start with a free Intro personal training session.

In this session, one of our coaches will get to know you one-on-one and take you through a workout. We’ll talk about your goals, your experience in exercise and sport, your injuries and limitations, and we’ll assess your mobility and flexibility. We’ll answer any questions you have, and do a movement screen and fitness test. This session lasts about an hour. You'll get to experience CrossFit, be evaluated by an expert, and get a good workout in.

If you've never done CrossFit before, it can be more than a little intimidating. Unlike other group fitness classes, we perform a wide variety of movements, often at high intensities. That's why we get everyone going with an individualized Personal Training program designed for people new to functional fitness training and CrossFit. We've found it to be the safest and fastest way for people to get fit!

People with CrossFit experience who want to jump right into classes can schedule a Skill Evaluation session after the Introduction.
