So you want to get fit forever?

We start everyone with a free personal training session.

In this session, one of our coaches will get to know you one-on-one and take you through a workout. We’ll talk about your goals, your experience in exercise and sport, your injuries and limitations, and we’ll assess your mobility and flexibility. We’ll answer any questions you have, and do a movement screen and fitness test. This session lasts about an hour. You'll get to experience CrossFit, be evaluated by an expert, and get a good workout in.

Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to get started with your personal coach. One of our professional coaches will take you through (10), one-hour one-on-one personal training sessions where you will learn all of the fundamentals to move safely through the classes. The package costs $70/Session and is paid up front ($700).

People with CrossFit experience who want to jump right into classes can schedule a Skill Evaluation session as the Introduction, and can join with the approval of their coach.
